Members of TOU for two or more consecutive years without going retired.

Awarded to TOU members of the early PS3 migration team. Members who started gaming on the PS3 on or before March 8, 2007, the two month window after the initiation of our PS3 migration program.

Awarded to TOU members who serve as a project lead on three (3) successfully completed projects and/or initiatives. Qualifying projects are subject to approval by TOU command. Some examples of qualified projects include: Running a TOUrnament or event, managing a recruiting period from recruiting to initiation, or heading up and completing an extensive creative team project. Request of command to qualify TOU service projects are welcomed with the primary qualification factors being time involved and successful completion.

TOU Members that reach the top 100 on a global leader board of any console game. The game's leader board must have been active for a minimum of 1 full month. This commendation can be awarded in multiples for top 100 achievements in multiple games.

Awarded during official wars/matches where TOU member goes a perfect 15-0 or better in any given WINNING round (respawn) or 15-0 or better in any given complete match (non-respawn).

Awarded for exceptional aggressive/killing performance in CORPs or approved community titles. Player must achieve a minimum k/d ratio at any time after accruing a specified minimum number of kills. This commendation can be accrued in multiple games.
CoD4 Requirements - 1.5 K/D Ratio & 5000 kill min.
MGO Requirements - 1.5 K/D Ratio & 5000 kill min.
SOCOM Confrontation - 2.0 K/D Ratio* & 3500 kill min. *(socom.com website formula)

Awarded for exceptional weapons accuracy in CORPs titles or approved community titles. For TOU members that achieve a minimum hit percentage rate after accumulating a specified minimum number of kills. This commendation can be accrued in multiple games.
COD4 Requirements - 15% hit percent. & 5000 kill min.
Socom Confrontation Requirements - 18% & 3500 kill min.

Any member outnumbered 4 to 1 or greater and is the sole TOU survivor in an "official match" who completes the objective and gets the victory for the team will be awarded this commendation. This commendation can be accrued in multiples.

Awarded for exceptional sniper performance in CORPs titles or approved community titles. A minimum percentage of overall kills must have been with a sniper rifle and player must achieve an overall kill count with a sniper kills. This commendation can be accrued in multiples.
SOCOM Confrontation Requirements: 33% of all kills with sniper weapon, 33% accuracy with sniper weapon with most kills
20% of headshot to kill ratio with sniper weapon with most kills
1000 total sniper weapon kills min.

Awarded for exceptional head-shot kill performance in CORPs titles & approved community titles. Player's headshots must account for 33% of their kills after a minimum of 1000 total headshots. This commendation can be accrued in multiples.

Awarded for extreme and constant activity through any 3 month period on any CORPs title. Exact number of games and/or hours played determined by TOU command on a per title basis. This commendation can be accrued in multiples.
General guideline: 360 hours of single title gameplay over a 3 month period

Awarded to TOU members who have entered and completed 3 consecutive official [TOU]RNAMENT and/or Events.

Awarded to TOU members who have entered and completed 6 consecutive official [TOU]RNAMENT and/or Events.

Awarded to TOU members who have entered and completed 9 consecutive official [TOU]RNAMENT and/or Events.

TOU Member that wins an official [TOU]RNAMENT and then successfully defends that title against 3 consecutive attacks. This commendation is a singular commendation (per game title) that can be "upgraded" with successive triple defenses. THIS COMMENDATION CAN BE LOST!

TOU member who participates in a TOU Title Defense challenge and is victorious in defeating a [TOU]RNAMENT Champion

Obtain all trophies available for Warhawk (Exception: Do not need "start a clan" trophy)

Awarded to users that display complete dominance over CoD4 online. Must reach prestige level 10, must complete ALL Boot Camp, Operations, Killer, Humiliation and Elite challenges (proof with pics), and must have a k/d ratio 1.0 or higher.

Obtain all ONLINE BASED PS3 trophies in Grand Theft Auto IV. (*Trophy list based on pre-release information... Requirements may be adjusted when official list is final)

Awarded for completion of all online challenges (freeburn & timed - proof with pics) and collection of all Burnout PS3 Trophies that can be achieved while playing online (see exact list in Commendation forum).

Earn ALL SOCOM Confrontation trophies.

Earn ALL online based Killzone 2 trophies.

Kick ass in Street Fighter IV and earn ALL online based trophies. There's a total of 432 Titles but only 149 are online enabled & all 149 online Titles & Medals.
